3 Ways I Styled My Melorra Jewellery

Ever wondered why we don’t style our jewellery the way we do our outfits? Why don’t we change them as often as we do our clothes? Maybe because when it comes to precious jewellery, we rarely think beyond traditional Indian and bridal ones that are safely kept away in our lockers. Which is why it’s so great to finally have a brand like Melorra, that truly understands the styling needs of the modern day girl who enjoys changing up her look for everyday occasions.
It’s one of the few brands in the country that actually takes inspiration from the constantly changing fashion trends, so you don’t have to deal with the struggle of pairing outdated precious jewellery with your on-trend looks.

I love the fact that not only is every collection of Melorra designed around global runway trends, they’re also beautifully made and so light-weight. Making them so much fun to mix, match, stack and layer, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This Saturday, when I had a brunch to go to, and cocktails with the girls in the evening, I knew there wasn’t going to be too much time in between to completely change up my looks from day to night. So here’s what I did.

The jewellery here, is from my favorite millennial pink collection. Inspired by the pink trend which was omnipresent on the Spring 2017 runways. From toned-down pastels to electrified berry tones, pink showed up at Valentino, Alexander McQueen, Celine, Prada, Givenchy, Miu Miu and literally dozens more. The millennial pink collection includes coloured stone ear rings, rings, necklaces and bracelets.

Here, I kept my millennial pink collection rings on and stacked on some more rings from the floral punk collection too. Even though it adds that extra bit of bling to my look, it’s not too overpowering.

Here, with just a few more elements, I transitioned my daytime look, to the perfect evening one. My choices here, were the Butterfly Necklace and the Millennial Pink one, along with these really elegant gold earrings. Low necklines + layered necklaces = WIN.
